The road to creating T2 Transports LLC was a simple stroke of genius. I have several friends who are owner-operators in the trucking industry. They would always express their frustrations with work, particularly the dispatching side. They would state how they loved their work, but dispatchers made work tiresome. Whether it was low-paying loads, poor communication, or forced dispatch among other things.
I could remember thinking, “Dispatching freight wouldn’t be such a bad interaction if they cared & took pride in their work.”
Some of the things they would complain about were qualities I possessed: organizational skills, excellent communication, and problem solving.Then I thought, “Why don’t I try dispatching a load for you guys?” I got my hands on a load board, and the rest is history.
